What is the 100-night sleep trial?
We want you to love your new bed. You can test any mattress in your own home for 100 nights. If it isn't the perfect fit, we will arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and setup?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove service for an additional fee. This includes delivery to your room of choice, full assembly of your new bed, and removal of all packaging materials.
Are your mattresses compatible with adjustable bases?
Most of our hybrid and memory foam mattresses are designed to be flexible and are fully compatible with any standard adjustable base or slatted frame.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
All The Sleep Station mattresses come with a limited 10-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, ensuring your investment is protected.
How do I clean my mattress protector or bedding?
Most of our bedding and protectors are machine washable. We recommend using cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat to maintain the integrity of the fabrics.
